From Aubrey our Farm Stand Manager:

–We have lots of delicious and perfectly ripe organic tomatoes this week, perfect for summertime tomato salads and sandwiches!

-Don’t forget about our cover crop seeds, to put beds to rest and add nutrients to the soil, they work with raised beds too!

-We are introducing a new tea from teatimes called think tank which is a blend that helps to spark your neurons and provide clear focused thoughts. This blend contains: Sencha Green Tea, Ginko Leaf, Turmeric, Ashwaganda, Peppermint, Rosemary, Sage, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Ginger. It's great hot or iced!

-Pea Shoots are back! We have been having a lot of difficulty with chipmunks eating the pea shoots, but we now have a seed cage built that so far has kept the chipmunks at bay which is very exciting!
