4. Then you will need to have the name and a UNIQUE email addresses for anyone you are buying a ticket for - at the time of purchase. (i.e. if you register for 3 guests you will need to enter your name and email, plus the name and email for each of your other 2 guests). You cannot use the same email for all three.
Quick Steps:
Our event is held outside and we will provide large tents. No onsite parking is available, however, guests will park at Sandy Beach and a complimentary shuttle provided by VPNE parking services will bring guests to and from the event the duration of the event. Registered ticket holders will receive an informational email a few days before the event and a special web page will be created with day of event helpful info.
We will only accept cancellations prior to September 1, 2026. All cancellations made before that date will incur a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds after September 1, 2026.
