10-week sessions*

(LATE REGISTRATIONS WELCOME!)

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays

For 10 weeks, children (ages 6-9 and 6-13) will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of afterschool programs on the farm and its surrounding areas.

These programs range from exploring and creating in the outdoors to diving into many STEAM winter activities to cooking seasonal treats.

Mondays

Art in Nature (Grades 1-4)

(No session Monday, January 16)

Session runs January 2-March 20

Children will use and learn different artforms and natural materials while exploring the natural winter beauty of Holly Hill Farm. They may explore the lights, shadows, and colors of winter; sculpt out of snow, ice, and clay; create intricate snowflakes; draw and tell stories of winter cryptids; construct magical winter villages; or design with evergreen and holly. The forms and inspirations are boundless. Each child will get their own sketchbook to bring home at the end of the session.

Tuesdays

Outdoor Exploration (Grades 1-4)

Children will explore and create within the secret areas around the farm, including the woods, meadows, and Ice Pond. Each outing will open their eyes to new places and possibilities as they learn to navigate, observe, and create within the winter settings of the farm. Children may be using compasses, building full-size shelters, creating winter fairy homes, tracking animals, and more.

Wednesdays

Winter Cooking (Grades 4-8)

OFFERED BY THE DAY.

There’s nothing like warm food on a winter evening, except for when you work with others around an outdoor brick oven or camp stove!

Join for one day or all four!

Homemade Soups 2/15
Let's make Breakfast!
