In the days approaching the event we will provide ticket holders with detailed information about parking, how to expedite check-in, how to bid on auction items, and important event related information.

You will need to have the name and a UNIQUE email addresses of anyone you are buying a ticket for - at the time of purchase. (i.e. if you register for 3 guests you will need to enter your name and email, plus the name and email for each of your other 2 guests). You cannot use the same email for all three.
No, you can click the button to "pay with a credit card". Contact the office is you wish to have us help you over the phone or if you need to pay by check.
We will only accept cancellations prior to September 1, 2023. All cancellations made before that date will incur a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds after September 1, 2023.
We'll provide detailed event-day related information to all ticket holders in the days preceding the event. But, we are excited that we will have shuttles in place to get you from an easy-to-park local spot that will bring you right to the festivities!
