Parents & Adults Go to Camp Too

For many years, parents & adults have often wished they too could stay for camp and participate in educational, hands-on activities. Now is their chance to see what it takes to grow with sustainable practices and learn about responsible, environmental stewardship as well, along with fun, good food and enjoyable gardening.

Who says parents and adults can’t learn to make compost, grow seedlings, harvest vegetables and eat them too? Here is a hands-on opportunity to have fun engaging in all kinds of seasonal tasks, exploring the woods, tasting, sharing recipes and gardening. We will snack on a variety of veggies, make and eat creative salads, design lovely seasonal flower bouquets, and enjoy discovering new parts of the farm.

Whether you’re a proficient gardener or eager beginner, it will be collaborative and exciting to take part in growing healthy vegetables and learning about organic farming.
