If you’re interested in learning more about organic farming, what better way to do it than to actually do it!
Volunteers are always welcome on the Farm beginning in the greenhouse in the spring, and throughout the growing & harvesting season. The work is varied and diverse. It may be field work or washing veggies; helping to post fliers about the Plant Sale; or it may be light carpentry around the Farm buildings. If you have a skill, chances are we can put it to use!
Work Share volunteers become an important, integral part of the Farm Community and must commit to working on the Farm for 4 hours each week during the season. Each volunteer is trained to do a specific job and is required to cover their ‘shift’ during any absence.
Work share volunteers are rewarded with a share of veggies harvested in abundance each week.
